Peanut Butter Melts

2 oz. Unsalted Butter 

3 1/2 lb. white chocolate (Sam’s Club 34 oz/ (4) 4.4 bars)

3 lb. peanut butter (48oz)

(2) 9 x 13” baking pan with parchment paper

Use double boiler

Melt butter. Pour white chocolate, butter and mixture because if you don’t it will seize up.

Once it’s melted, go ahead and add in the peanut butter and you mix it until it’s all blended Once it’s all mixed in, turn off the boiler and and pour it into lined baking pan. I put it in the refrigerator or just leave it out once it is cool parchment paper
