Toby’s Holiday Spice Cake

2 cups of self rising flour 

2 cups sugar

3 tsp of pumpkin spice.

1 tsp of ginger spice.

1 cup of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)

3 eggs

3.5~4 oz Gerber’s (baby food) Prune

Apply the Crisco. Mix dry ingredients first. Mix oil, three eggs, prunes together. Then mix all together. Bake for 1 hour at 350. Let it cool 10-15. Flip it
