Soft Boiled Eggs

Start out with room temperature eggs. Leave out for 30 to get to room temp. 

  1. BOIL pot of water. When is boiling, drop the the pot with the eggs.

  2. Set it up med heat and 7 min. Discard the water.

  3. Run the egg under cold running water about 1-2 min—just enough to you peel

  4. Crack the top and bottom of the egg. Then roll the egg and peel carefully
